There Have Been 23 Mass Shootings in the Last 20 Days
It began on February 19 at 509 Porter Street in Vallejo, California, and continued through yesterday, at 1304 Franklin Avenue in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, just outside of Pittsburgh. In between, the trend struck Florida and Michigan and Kansas and Ohio. There have been 23 mass shootings in the last 20 days in the U.S., according to the Gun Violence Archive, defined by incidents in which four or more people are shot.
