Ukraine still 'on the brink' of civil war as Klitschko calls amnesty proposal 'unacceptable'

Ukraine is on the brink of civil war, the Eastern European country's first post-independence President warned. Opposition Leader, Vitali Kiltschko, calls the amnesty proposal unacceptable and for no end to protests without real change beyond freeing the 218 activists who the Interior Ministry says have been arrested.
