    Keanu Reeves Wants to Play Wolverine

    Over the course of his career in Hollywood, Keanu Reeves has played no shortage of bad ass heroes, but he's yet to play a superhero. Now he has his sights set on a key member of the X-Men with a role that was recently vacated by Hugh Jackman. While speaking with ScreenGeek alongside Alice Eve about their upcoming film Replicas, Reeves revealed that he would love the chance to play Wolverine in a big Marvel movie.

    An 'X-Men' TV Show Is In The Works At Fox

    An X-Men TV series is on the way. Films born out of Marvel’s X-Men comics have already taken $1.81 billion at the U.S. box office – the figure increases to $4.36 billion worldwide adjusted for inflation. The as-yet-untitled new show will be about two parents who, when they discover their children possess mutant powers, go on the run from the government and join forces with a network of mutants fighting for survival. It will be a co-production between 20th Century Fox Television and Marvel Television.
