Where can I find (good) porn for women?
Most porn focuses on the male perspective, featuring hardly any sexy men (exept gay porn of course, but isn't there anything useful dedicated to women?).

That's a tricky one! I personally enjoy gay porn of either gender. For gay porn with men, Cockyboys really features some amazing stuff - "A Thing of Beauty" is, well, beautiful. I also find lesbian porn made for women to be really enjoyable, mostly because it's all focused on women (of course) and the pleasure they're experiencing seems incredibly genuine.
As for heterosexual porn, some porn sites have a "for women" section, but it seems to be overrun still with standard porn aimed at men, in my opinion. There's a subreddit on reddit called "chickflixxx" that is supposed to be links to porn submitted by woman, for women, but it can be difficult to suss out what I like there.
My new favourite source of porn is actually Make Love Not Porn. You do have to create and account and pay to "rent" porn, but there are really good sneak peeks that give you an idea of whether you'll like a video or not. The stuff there can be crazy hot and to me it's everything I wanted from "amateur" porn - real people with real chemistry and relationships. The website came about as a result of a TED talk! That should really tell you something.

Personally I dislike most lesbian porn, because most of the time it is really cheesy in my opinion.

Here's a great link with some Cockyboys videos that you can watch right away. As for lesbian porn, have you checked out Cyber Dyke or the Crashpad Series? Or anything featuring Sinn Sage? I have a hard time describing anything Sinn does as cheesy, personally, but YMMV of course.
The cocyboys stuff seems cool, but I just can't get myself to like Cyber Dyke. Matter of taste, I suppose.
No worries, it's not for everyone! When you said "cheesy" I thought you meant the regular porn ladies (with acrylic nails and such) doing lesbian porn, so I wanted to offer up an alternative. If I come across anything else that might be good I'll make sure to make a snap.
Well xhamster has a "female choice" section. I'm not exactly sure how they choose content for that but there's a mix of stuff in there.
Of course the one that I always see getting answered to this question is the http://www.pornmoviesforwomen.com/femaleporndirectors.htm website that maintains a list of porn directed by and for women :) again a wide range of subject matter so you might have to dig around.
