Smells Relating to Memories
Does anyone have this happen to them? Certain smells remind me of periods in my life. Some relate to good memories, and some to bad. For example, Mango Burts Bees Lip Balm reminds me of Los Angeles because I started using it when I traveled there. The smell of Rosy Lips Vaseline reminds me of England.
Some have said that this is absolutely crazy, so I was wondering if anyone experiences the same thing as me. It is definitely a blessing and a curse.

ALL the time, whether I remembering just my old home, or whether I am remembering a place I have been. Smell is amazing and it stimulates the brain in a very weird way. Some moth balls give me fond memories of my youth but not all kinds it has to be a certain smell.
