Texas lawmakers this week approved a bill that would require women to pay a separate health insurance premium to get coverage for elective abortions. The bill will not allow exemptions for cases of fetal abnormalities, rape or incest, reported the Texas Tribune. It passed on a 95-51 vote Tuesday.

8 found dead in tractor-trailer outside San Antonio Walmart
Eight people were found dead in a tractor-trailer outside a Walmart store in what police called a horrific human trafficking case, and the driver was arrested. Thirty other people who were also in the tractor-trailer were transported to the hospital, according to authorities. Authorities said the driver had been held, but they didn't release the driver's identity.
