Where does the community of Reddit stand morally, for their actions?

Were the main subreddits correct to out Ellen Pao, and boycott subreddits, or were they not? Explain.

I think this is an incredibly broad question, and one that cannot really be answered. Which part of the community? For which actions? If you specified the parameters of your question more narrowly and specifically, you might get more meaningful responses, but as this question currently stands, I don't think anyone could adequately respond.

Thanks, I find that getting good questions for debate is a lot more difficult then generic "What's your favorite song?" questions. I edited me post accordingly.
