Teen gets 20 years for fondling student at Hurst elementary
A teen who groped a third-grade boy at a Hurst elementary school and recruited other victims was sentenced to 20 years in prison on Monday. Hurst police said Ricardo Lugo, 18, of Fort Worth posed as a 12-year-old last year to enroll at Hurst Hills Elementary School where the incidents occurred. Lugo on Monday was sentenced to 20 years for indecency with a child, the maximum sentence for the charge, according to court records.

Refugees banned from Austrian pool after ‘foreigner’ sexually assaults teenage girl
Authorities in the Austrian town of Mistelbach issued a temporary pool ban for refugees following a sexual assault by a “dark-skinned’ man on a 13-year-old girl. "This news was a shock," said the town’s mayor, Alfred Pohl, as quoted by the Heute media outlet. According to Austrian newspaper Kronen Zeitung, the attack happened on Wednesday afternoon.

Brian Gergely, who died at 46, battled alcoholism from the age of 10, amid what a grand jury concluded was widespread rape and abuse in Pennsylvania.
