I'm still new but I've been hanging out /t/philippines and the tribe looks pretty sparse. The tribe chief, dub4u seems inactive. Looking at his profile, it looks like he just registered the tribe and never logged in again. I'd like to help the tribe get up to speed, make it more "localized".
