    My training PR is at 145lbs on deadlifts. I'm still new to this entire scene so lol

      Btw do you pull sumo or conventional?

        Thanks man! Conventional - I'm still working on the form for the basics, and increasing mobility for the joints and movements.

          Nice, I struggle to get into the starting position and had some bad experiences in my earlier lifting days with it so I pull sumo now. I like it because it just feels right to me for some reason.

    Mine would be hitting a 140kg squat for a set of 5, and figuring out a way to help improve my upper back tightness.
