A place where we can all post up videos of our lifts and get some constructive feedback on our form.
When posting a video please consider the following:
Squat:
- Record video from the front or side with the camera at knee level from a fixed position (if possible).
Bench:
- Record video from the best position you can get and keep the camera in a fixed position (if possible).
Deadlift:
- Record video from the front or side with the camera at knee level from a fixed position (if possible).
This will hopefully allow for as much qualitative information as possible, so that you can get the best feedback possible :)
