You probably think a pizza party sounds like a perfectly innocent way for kids to have fun, but not for one 15-year-old boy living just outside of Pittsburgh. Derry Township police said Tonia Simms and Melissa Weaver invited the teen to a pizza party and then had sex with him. The women are facing several charges including statutory sexual assault and corruption of a minor.

The ex-wife of a Pittsburgh homeowner fatally shot by police responding to a burglary call says officers "shot the wrong guy." Brenda and Christopher Thompkins were in bed when they spotted an intruder in the house at about 4 a.m. Sunday. Christopher Thompkins grabbed Brenda's gun and was headed downstairs when he fired at the intruder. Police say two officers who responded to a security alarm thought the shots were fired at them. They returned fire and killed Thompkins.

A security staffer at PNC Park forced a Pittsburgh Pirates fan to take off a shirt Friday night that read, "Spend Nutting Win Nutting," referencing owner Bob Nutting's management decisions, before the fan could enter the game. The fan, Bruno Manypenny, 33, of Pittsburgh, posted his disappointment with the decision on Facebook afterward.
