BestBuy.com Lists Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC Release
While Rockstar Games has never announced a PC version of Red Dead Redemption 2, BestBuy.com may have not gotten that memo. Appearing today (and likely not for long) is a listing for Red Dead Redemption 2 on Windows. I have included screenshots below of the listing. The listing uses generic “Featured at E3” box-art, and only has “Just Announced at E3. Stay tuned for additional information.” under Product Features. No release date is available either. While I expect this listing is a mistake, let’s hope the PC version it predicts is not.

Microsoft's x86 on ARM64 emulation: A Windows 10 'Redstone 3' Fall 2017 feature
Since January 2016 (and maybe before), there's been talk that Microsoft was working on bringing x86 emulation to ARM processors. Sources of mine are now saying that this capability is coming to Windows 10, though not until "Redstone 3" in the Fall of 2017. Here's why this matters: Microsoft officials continue to claim that Continuum -- the capability that will allow Windows 10 Mobile devices to connect to external displays and keyboards -- is going to be a key for the company, its partners and its customers.

Microsoft announces new VR headsets for Windows 10, starting at $299
Microsoft’s partners will ship a new line of virtual reality headsets to take advantage of Windows 10’s VR and holographic capabilities. At today’s event, Microsoft said that the headsets will start at $299 and will include inside-out tracking sensors, obviating the need for external cameras or laser systems like those on the current Oculus Rift or HTC Vive. HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, and Acer are all listed as partners.

Not even physics can stop Corsair's latest cooling fans
Not satisfied with your noisy old PC cooling fan? Then consider upgrading to Corsair’s latest ML-series fans, which use maglev technology in order to bend the very forces of physics to your PC-cooling will. With earlier, now outdated models, wear was caused by friction from the rapid rotation of the fan, which also generated noise and heat. However, the ML-series magnetically suspends the fan blades away from the central bearing of the motor, resulting in a dramatically quieter and more reliable fan even at higher speeds.

Apple exec says using a 5-year-old PC is 'sad'
Apple announced a handful of new products and updated apps at an event on Monday, including the smaller iPhone SE and CareKit, a framework for creating apps that enable people to take an active and collaborative role in monitoring their health. The company also announced a new iPad Pro, the PC replacement from Apple with a 9.7-inch display that's smaller than the iPad Pro released last year, and something that was said during that particular presentation has rubbed many people the wrong way.

PC sales fall to lowest numbers since 2007
A combination of holiday sales and the launch of Windows 10 weren't enough to slow the decline of PC sales, which have fallen to their lowest levels since 2007. Shipments declined by as much as 10.6 percent year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2015, according to analyst firm IDC. Fellow analyst Gartner had similarly dire numbers to share: 75.7 million PCs shipped for the quarter, down 8.3 percent on 2014. Overall sales for the year were just as bad...

Your Next Computer Should Be a Desktop
I get asked for advice on very practical but personal matters. “How do I block my boss on Facebook?” “Can I take back an email I just sent my ex?” The most frequent question is: “Which laptop should I buy?” To me, that’s like asking which Lunchable to feed your first-grader. I like to answer by challenging the assumption that that’s all there is. Forget the laptop, have you considered a desktop?
