[Sticky] Post Format

Hey guys!

Just a quick update on how the format of /t/nocontext posts should go in the future. Create a discussion on the sidebar and enter the quote as the title. Then, in the body, click the quote button, and then the link button. Enter in the link to your quote, and leave title blank. Then fill in the all caps text reading "REPLACE THIS WITH YOUR TITLE" with the quote, and just add in a - followed by the username!

Part of this sub's existence I want to be be based on feedback and transparency, so any time someone comes to us with feedback, we'll look into changing it. If anyone has a better idea on how to handle posts in the future, let me know!
