/t/Awesomenauts and /t/DontStarve: for lovers of the 2D Platforming MOBA and the Sinister Storybook Survival!

Hi folks! I've been moderating /r/Awesomenauts over at reddit for a few months under the alias "irrzir" and decided to bring a little piece of home here to Snapzu.

Already played the games? Great! Pop in and say hi at /t/awesomenauts and /t/dontstarve

Awesomenauts (Steam Link) is a 2D platforming MOBA that has been around for about 3 years now. Its community is not as large as some of the bigger titles, namely DOTA and League, but it has a persistent following (many players with over 1K hours). It's attempting to start a competitive scene and has held 2 Alienware sponsored tournaments in the past year.

Don't Starve (Steam Link) is a alternative take on the survival genre. You're plopped into a world that draws heavily from a Storybook artstyle and must survive as many days as you can. The night, rather than being a time that spawns monsters, will more or less kill you directly. It's one of the handful of games on Steam with an "Overwhelmingly Positive" score and its community has only grown bigger since the release of its multiplayer iteration: Don't Starve Together.

Both games have active and receptive developers, and hopefully these tribes could be another source of input. Thanks!
