    Any popular "singer" who don't do anything except rap/sing lines given to them.

    How are they a musician/artist if they don't even actually create anything? I guess that's how saying Elvis was a musician, because he was good at delivery. And that's true. Some people are GREAT performers, but aren't really musically creative.
