Question on Submitting Articles

Hi peoples,

1st question - Is this the tribe where we can ask questions?

That's a silly question (I think), here's my real question - Whenever I submit an article it automatically goes to the home page. I only want it to show up in the tribe(s) I choose not the home page.

Is there a way not to have them stream on the home page?
