I've posted a couple of snaps and some text based discussions. Its easy to see and follow the success of my snaps, but how do i return to view my discussion?

u/drunkenninja mentioned that they're working on making it easier to view the stuff you posted (Snaps, Text Posts, Comments) in a central location.
u/spacepopper had a suggestion for a workaround:
Yeah. This is a good way to deal with it for now. I do hope the new centralized location comes along soon though.
