A question based on the FAQ
It says that people should downvote (among other things) if a submission isn't in English. Does this mean that tribes of other languages are discouraged?

I don't think that is the message whoever wrote the faq is trying to express. It could be that up until this large influx of users, the primary community has been almost entirely English speaking, thus any articles posted in different languages would be unable to be read by most of the user base. I'm sure tribes based around specific languages or countries would be welcome here!
Good point, still it's oddly specific. :)
I'm still getting used to Snapzu, haven't been able to find everything, such as for instance the posts that I've snapped up or down. I'm sure it's there though. :)
I don't believe there is a page for snapped up and down posts, but most of the site's admins look through and comment on the lounge so hopefully you question will get the attention it deserves from someone with more knowledge and authority than I.
