How did you learn about Snapzu?
From a friend, forum, website or completely by coincidence.
For me, I learned from Ekşi Sözlük (a Turkish community website).

From one of the many Reddit posts during the great blackout. Still trying to get a feel for the new system. It's different, but definitely not in a bad way,
It already has a Name?
But yeah, same here!
Of course, and it's own devoted subreddit Blackout2015
Not to be confused with Tumblr Blackout, they are two very different things.
A Reddit post during the "Blackout."
I thought it'd be a Voat clone, but just from viewing the front page I was intrigued. I'm really impressed with all the unique aspects of it.
Google brought me here, the community kept me here. I still use reddit but not as much as I used to, mostly for the more niche communities.
Reddit Alternatives. Voat was (and still is) down, but Snapzu got its shit together quicker.
Much quicker. Snapzu was up in less than 4 hours, but voat has been down consistently since the last issue with fph.
Yeah. I was looking for an alternative to Reddit, and Voat is mentioned a lot on Reddit. It seemed nice, but I haven't been able to use it properly because of the downtime, so I went to Snapzu!
and it looks and feels a hundred times better. The search and sorting functions especially!
As many others, from reddit/Blackout2015. No matter what comes out of that one this looks like a nice place to stay.
I googled reddit alternatives and came to a reddit thread that posted this site.
Some comment on Reddit. Just closed my two reddit accounts.
I found it a few days ago from a website to try list. It is older, but it got me here. http://www.zdnet.com/pictures/eight-social-networks-worth-a-closer-look/4/
Wow that's a huge profile pic! Anyone got a screenshot of the old design?

Another one from /r/RedditAlternatives. Everyone talks about Voat, but after having a look around the alternatives, Snapzu felt right for some reason.
I saw it mentioned in the comments on post on Hacker News (news.ycombinator.com). There's something quite inviting about the layout here, so I decided to give it a whirl.
Reddit comment during the protest.
Googling reddit alternatives during the most recent flareup led me to /r/redditalternatives. it mentioned snapzu was down but when I surfed to the link it was open. Registered for an invite, a few hours later I got one... and here we are.
