What is your favorite color, and why?
Instead of doing a normal introductory post, I figured I'd post a discussion instead, especially as I've been thinking about this one lately.
Anyway, my favorite color is blue, and it's because I love the calm, cool serenity feel I get from the color in just about any shade and on any surface. It reminds me a lot of my favorite types of weather (rain and snow) and of cool, calm days without stresses or worries.

French Pass. Calm, sweet. Like a spring breeze that carries the scent of magnolias.
Claret. Warm, lush. Feels like Christmas evening with the fireplace crackling, tastes like a rich cherry cordial.
Lavender. Dusty, innocent. Brings back memories of wandering in lavender fields. Looks like dust glittering past a sunny day.

I really like blue-grey for some reason. Maybe because it's so neutral and fits almost everywhere.
My favorite color is bright red, Idk why but something about it is just pleasantly appealing and seems like a very warm color to me.
Red or purple.
I liked red as a kid because it was the leading Power Ranger, the color of almost every main character (or important characters) in TV shows, and often the color of the best tasting candies. However, red is pretty obnoxious.
Purple, though, goes with so many things, and is beautiful even on its own.
