Question about linking in title.

Hi everyone! Im new here and was wondering if there is a way to embed a link in a title of a post. I looked around and I didn't find anyway to do it. If anyone knows how to or if its even possible I would really appreciate it. If this isn't the best place to post this question please direct me to a tribe better suited. Thanks:)

Hey. You can do so when creating a snap. In the lounge we're limited to discussion posts, which can't be links. Try going to a different tribe (that's not discussion-only) and you should be able to submit a link and add modules.

I wasn't going to link something in the lounge. I wanted to make sure this was the best place to pose the question. I submitted a few snaps and it seems you always have to click on the title and then the link for whatever you want to show, instead of just clicking on the title and it linking you directly. Maybe I'm missing something but I tried "main link" and that didn't do what I thought it would. Thanks for the response.

It's a user setting. The default setting takes you to the snap and comments when you click on the title. You can change it so that clicking on the title takes you to the link.

You can also click on the green link under the description to go right to the source.

ahhh Thank you very much! Do you know if that works with just a "main link" or the other modules too?

Not quite sure what you mean. The setting affects title click-through behavior, but I'm not sure about anything else. I don't think it would matter for modules, as users can only see them once they open your snap.
