Something that I've noticed with the voting that may pose an issue as the community grows.
I've noticed that most posts get a majority of their upvotes from the local feed. This could pose an issue as the site grows making snaps from established users with followers to overshadow snaps from new users with less followers.

There is weights on those votes specifically for that. The more followers you have, the less those votes (only from feed) are worth.
Thanks for the information. Do you know if it takes into account if the followers are active? If someone had 1000 followers with only 200 that are active would their votes be worth less than someone who has 200 followers that are all active?
Not too sure, but I think it does. It would make no sense for it not to.
Oh that is interesting. I didn't know that. Make sense. That's why the level 50's aren't drowning in votes.
