Reclaiming dead tribes
Is there a method to reclaim a dead tribe? I'm looking at a local tribe which has no recent activity and has had a level 1 tribe leader for more than a year. It's a local tribe (related to a country) and I'd really like to see it managed by someone who gives a damn.
