Not as far as I'm aware, and I don't see why there should be to be honest. The Reddit admins should have implemented many if not all of the features found in RES by default in the first place. I hope that any serious improvements that are thought up for Snapzu are actually implemented on Snapzu itself, not through a third-party addon.

The fact that RES was needed to even use Reddit is the real problem, hopefully nothing like it won't be needed here.

I think a save feature would be nice.
I agree with you, they should be implement on Snapzu itself, but at the moment they are not, so I don't mind a third-party addon for a while.
There are so many features that I'd like to see, I'll be suggesting them in /t/ideasforsnapzu anyway.
