Tech side of Snapzu

I'm interested in how Snapzu is build. What backend/frontend technologies have you used? Are you using any caching system? How many servers are you using right now? Behind Snapzu is standing any company or are you just passionates that made it? What was the motivation behind building it in the first place?

    Hi Piotrrojek, follow this link to get a general overview of the technology behind Snapzu. We are currently using different caching solutions depending on specific requirements of different pages. Snapzu is hosted on a dozen dedicated servers assuring the site is accessible even during traffic spikes. As for who created and maintains this service, we're a group of passionate designers and developers alike that have a dream to create a service that not only allows people to express themselves but do it in such an environment that promotes true expression.
