Another Nerd: Awaiting Orders!

Hi! I just received my invitation to Snapzu and it was mentioned that I should post a little about myself here.

I am a 37 year old from the United States. I have been working on a Magic: The Gathering blog since last October that focuses on playing competitive and casual Magic with a budget in mind. The blog also features some articles for newer players. If any of you are interested contact me directly or run a simple search on my name. It's not too hard to find.

In my free time I also enjoy all things motor racing as well as card and board games and professional wrestling. I've also recently started following Premier League Football among some other European sports. I follow politics closely.

I came to Snapzu in search of a more closely knit community where people know one another. I'm not exactly sure what I'm getting into here but I'm sure it's worth a try.

    Just wanted to say, as an OLD (as in started at fourth edition) MTG player struggling to get back into the game after 10 years away, your blog looks like a lifesaver! Thanks!

      Welcome back! I try to toss in a few tidbits from Magic's history in there for our old timers. I feel like a relic knowing some of my opponents weren't born when I started playing.

      If you need any help with anything, I'll be thrilled to help.
