Request: An option to change the main body colour

Hello,

I suffer from Scotopic Sensitivity(Irlens) and dyslexia and the pure white background is somewhat painful on the eyes as well as making the text quite difficult if not nigh on impossible to read at times.

Is there a possibility that you could either offer an option of changing the background on a per-user basis or change it to a light grey/green/purple etc?
