Hey guys!
I just joined Snapzu today, so I figured I'd post in here as recommended. My only question is about the tribes. Are there a lot of small, specific communities like there are on reddit? For example, I attend Purdue University and really enjoyed the Purdue subreddit. I'm just curious because if so, I would love to join those tribes!

There are lots of small, specific tribes, but not nearly as many as reddit yet, and everyone's working hard to grow the small tribes that currently exist. That said, a quick search turns up /t/purdue - only one snap in it so far, but you can change that! :) The search bar at the top will help a lot - just make sure to click on "tribes" once you get your search results.
Thanks so much! It's a bit tedious trying to adjust my tribes to my interests, but once I do it will definitely be worth it.
Exactly - it's like having go pick out furniture and paint and redecorate and clean up and on and on when you move to a new apartment, but man - when you're done, it's the best damn apartment ever. Do you have any interests in mind or particular types of content you like to engage with?
Welcome!
And feel free to start one once your feet are wet.
There are a lot of small and specific communities, and if there isn't, take the step and make the tribe yourself!
