Suggestions for online web development course?

I'm currently a computer science student and am looking for a good free (or very cheap) web development course online.

I'm not really sure where I want to go with it, but am looking to pick up some sort of knowledge on it during the last few weeks of summer (I really don't know anything on the subject). To be honest, I want to know more about web development itself than code (though I would love to learn code too) so that what I learn is more adaptable in the future.

If someone knows of a somewhat comprehensive course, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
