This is probably the most annoying thing about the iPhone right now, and it needs a fix
It shouldn’t have come to this, but here we are. It’s becoming impossible to browse Twitter on your iPhone while listening to music or a podcast. The app just interrupts what’s playing every time you scroll over an ad. It’s not just Twitter either – this is a common frustration across lots of apps with ads. There has to be a better way.

iPhone 15 Could Feature Titanium Chassis With Curved Rear Edges
According to Twitter user @ShrimpApplePro, the back edges of the iPhone 15 will be rounded to create a new border, similar to the bottom edges on the case of Apple's latest 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models. For reference, the iPhone 14 models use a flat-sided design with squared off edges that harkens back to the iPhone 4. The last model to sport curved edges was the iPhone 11.

iOS 16.2 will fix the iPhone 14 Pro's divisive always-on display
THE IPHONE 14 PRO AND 14 PRO MAX are the first iPhones with an always-on display for showing glanceable information like the calendar, time, and widgets, on the customizable lock screen without having to wake it up. But the way Apple implemented the always-on display has pretty much every iPhone 14 Pro user complaining. The fairly reasonable gripes include: the dimmed wallpaper and notifications being so visible that the display looks like it’s on and battery life taking a hit despite the LTPO panel dropping to a power-sipping 1Hz.

How to turn off Crash Detection on iPhone 14 and Apple Watch
Crash Detection on iPhone and Apple Watch can contact emergency services in the event of a severe car crash — or when riding an intense roller coaster. Here's how to temporarily disable the feature. Like any algorithmic-based feature, Crash Detection isn't foolproof. It operates using a combination of onboard sensors to determine if the user is in a severe car crash.

Apple’s move to iPhones with USB-C likely to be short-lived
Apple is set to shift from the Lightning charging port on the iPhone and other devices to USB-C to abide by a new European law, but the company is still planning on a wireless-first future. The iPhone 15 is essentially a lock to get USB-C in the fall of 2023, beating the mandate by a year. The one remaining iPad without USB-C (the entry-level model), should be getting the port by the end of this year.
