[Feature] Allow High Level Snapzu Users to Add Tribe Feeds to a Snap

I posted a snap some days ago and gladsdotter asked if I could add another tribe feed. I couldn´t because of my level (13 at the time). I was wondering if allowing Snapzu users to add tribe feeds after a certain level just like adding related links would be possible.
