[Site Behaviour] Small ui fixes.

So i love the ui of the site in the fact that its not a direct copy of reddit like voat and has its own feel and charm. But 2 things bug me :

1) When u click on the notification thing on the top bar it expands and shows stuff. Can u make it collapse when u click outside the popup area and not have to click on the button again.

2)On the settings page where the visual settings are present. You can change ur banner there but the banner itself is only semi visible (the actual banner not the preview) and one has to go to another page to see it fully.
