The following navbar is annoying.

I'd recommend either shrinking it, having it shrink on scrolldown (ideal), or removing its fixed position and putting in the following navbar as an option.

For smaller devices, the bar is rather large and takes valuable screen space. The only urgent button is the notifications panel, anyways.

    Personally I really like it. I haven't tried it on a mobile so you might have a really good point there but on desktop it has a lot of useful info.
