[Feature]Add a "Create Tribe" to the list of tribes page.

That or show the "Create Tribe" button on more pages. Im still not exactly sure what pages its on, I only have seen it twice so far.

    I agree. It makes it easy for someone who doesn't see a tribe they want to immediately add one to the list.
