[Site Functionality] Be able to remove, for example, /t/ideasforsnapzu from the top of the page

Some of those at the top I just don't care for or will only visit on a blue moon. I am easily bothered by unmodifiable interfaces on sites like this. I'm sure others are as well.

(should there actually be a way to do this, I'll remove the post)
