snap link to website limit

I noticed there is a limit of three links to one website per day (per user). This does seem like a generally good thing but I have a local tribe about a city of about 500,000 people with really only one newspaper. This is not a big deal but with a limited pool of news sites to draw on it's a bit restrictive.
