[Site Functionality] Add support for Strikethrough text in the Markdown formatting

Alright, so I think originally Markdown didn't support Strikethrough text, but since then various spin-offs have added:

~~this standard~~

...and It think it'd be most useful here on Snapzu.

For instance, I had to edit a comment, and would have liked to include the original text, struck through, before the updated, corrected comment. Just for a way to people to see what I was talking about before. But I think the best I could do is use a spoiler tag? And that might have been confusing. So I just skipped it.

Also, edited text can be used for ~~annoying attempts at humor~~ funny jokes!

I've been surprised it didn't work.

Yeah, I mean, like I said, strikethrough wasn't originally part of Markdown, so I understand that it's an easy feature to overlook. But! It comes in pretty handy once you get used to it.
