Problems writing a long discussion.

When I was writing a discussion, the formatting bar got hidden if I scrolled down. If I pressed enter to go on a new line, the page would jump up and bar would be visible again. If you press a button in the bar after it jumped up, it will jump down to where you were. I think it would be better if that bar stayed there.
