    I hate tried Qi Gong and Tai Chi in which you focus specifically on what your body is doing. It's like a nice reset button. If you're stressed out or depressed, it could be because you're focusing on the future or the past. Qi Gong/Tai Chi can help you focus on the present, which can be a nice relief.
