Search their username on /t/GCXRep or The Universal Scammer List. They might have been banned or faked trades to build rep.

Active Redditor: Redditors must meet age and activity requirements before posting, commenting or trading.

Offering Amazon balance is not permitted.
Offering $100.00 and more in TOTAL VALUE of gift cards is not permitted.
Trades must involve gift cards. No posts or trades that only involve cash/cryptocurrency/prepaid credit cards.
