Favorite game(s) and Genre of games?

This is a pretty generic post, but I don't see much happening here community wise, so I figured why not get to know some of the people posting.

My top 5 are these:

  • Donkey Kong Country 2
  • Sonic Adventure 2: Battle
  • Okami
  • Golden Sun (+ TLA)
  • Bastion

My Favorite Genres are:

  • Platformer (Hands down)
  • RPG (J, O, MMO, you name it, I like it)

    Top 5 (No order):

    - Pokemon R/S/E

    - Final Fantasy Tactics Advance

    - Age of Empires III Yes, 3, not 2.

    - Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

    - Mount & Blade: Warband

    It's hard to name a favourite genre but I guess my list indicates I prefer RPGs in all their forms. The only genre I don't really get into is rhythm games.

    P.S. Why won't my bullet points work properly?

    My favourite games:

    -Elder scrolls (I've played skyrim and oblivion, I'm planning on playing morrowind as well)

    -The Witcher series

    -Assassin's creed 2

    -Dishonored

    -Portal (2)

    -Antichamber

    I like a lot of genres: strategy, puzzle, platformers, rpg and stealth in particular. My least preferred genres are shooters, survival and fighting.

    Currently playing hyperdimension neptunia. Gameplay itself is pretty meh, but I'm enjoying the humor and references.

    My top 5: Morrowind, Tactics Ogre: LUCT, Cataclysm DDA, Poschengband, and Fez

    I like RPGs (and sometimes platformers), specifically ones with an emphasis on open-ended exploration, choices (that actually matter), and/or permadeath (e.g. Roguelikes).

    I don't really have a top games list, but I do have some favorite genres. I love FPS. Right now my most played games are CSGO and Tf2. Mostly CSGO. I really like platformers. RPGs as well even though i don't play those as much.

    Favorite Games (or at least the ones ive played the most) -Tf2 -CSGO -Kirbys Epic Yarn (i love this game dude)
