[Meta] Flag and banner

Isn't it time we get a proper flag and banner?

What do you think about this flag?

For the banner, we could open a thread on a regular basis to invite members of the tribe to send in panoramic pictures of beautiful Canadian places and rotate it. It could be monthly, quarterly or annually, as you want.

What do you think?

    I've posted this pano picture last month. Let it be our first entry. I can resize it so it fits the Snapzu requirements of specific dimensions for tribe banners.

    Edit: Forget it. It doesn't scale well for the required height/width ratio.
