Does the person giving the response to the State of the Union get a copy beforehand?

I just read the Rep. Joe Kennedy will give the response. Here's a link regarding that: https://www.politico.com/story/2018/01/25/state-union-2018-joe-kennedy-response-370845 What I want to know is this: Does he (or any respondent) get a copy of the text beforehand in order to prepare the response? I'm sure that the president's speechwriters work on and fine tune the State of the Union address up until the last minute. Still, they could give some sort of outline to the person giving the response.
