When you have down time at work, what are you doing?

I myself read (online of course). I also try to do some basic programming, when I was younger I learned HTML but that is so basic now its not worth it. So, I learn different things.

The company I work for is awesome in that they want you to advance, so lead me in some directions and also tell me what you do that takes advantage of your downtime at work!

    If I'm being honest, my downtime is spent browsing the internet. (Here, reddit, etc) What I try to tell myself is that I'm preparing for whatever I have coming up next at work.
