Fall of last year. I had a job interview (my now current job)-orthodontist appointment-dentist appointment. In between the ortho and dentist appointment, I went to a local bookstore/coffee shop to kill time. She thought I worked there because I was dressed nicely, and apologized by buying me iced coffee. We started talking and hit it off, now nearly a year later we live together and I've never been happier.
er, well first encounter was in a club and I have no recollection of it. He has a photo of his mates and me in which he named me "girl with glasses" and put it up on the clubbing message board we used to use in the early 2000s.
The first time I remember meeting him was at a festival, we both ended up the backstage area and he was telling me all about his ex and that he was moving up near me, remember telling my mates I thought he was super hot but was obvs still hung up on his ex. How wrong I was. There were times in between that we hung about with each other as he'd moved in with my friends.
First official date was just me heading on up to Manchester to meet up and hang out, he kissed me in the pizza aisle of Tesco, 14th August 2002, and here we are 13 years later, married for 8 years, and still sickeningly happy. He's my soul mate :D
