They say everyone has 15 minutes of fame in their lives. Have you had your 15 minutes yet? What happened?
When I was in University, we formed a fake political party based on mandatory naptimes and free beer. We got elected into the student council and proceeded to prank them by doing things like serve them sauerkraut while wearing bondage gear. We did performances like staged a mock crucifixion, reenacted Jonestown, formed a chain-gang on campus mall and erected a 20 foot golden penis (Shaft of the Year Award) at the office of the chancellor. Anyway we made the papers and the local news a few times and our fearless leader ended up doing the talk show circuit for a couple of days. Somewhere hidden on the web is an image of me whipping him in dominatrix gear during one of those student council meetings. That's my story of fame.

I'm surprised the school let you do that stuff. I myself have nothing to share because my life is too static.
They got into some trouble for releasing like, 5,000 live crickets in the buildings. I was not a part of that. But the cops were called when someone brought a fake gun into play during one event. I was not a part of that one either. (Thank God, and I don't know the final outcome on that one.)
I was on AFV as a kid. I don't know if that counts. I was 5 and in a teddy bear rocking chair saying hello to my dad. He was in Kuwait to help rebuild after the gulf war airstrikes. So my grandpa was filming a video and told me to say hi to my dad and tell him what I did. I got excited and I don't remember if the chair flipped backwards or broke, but it was funny enough to make it onto AFV I guess. I couldn't ever find the video online and I don't know where the VHS is anymore.
The winner of that episode was a little girl walking in the river and she picks up a fish out of the water that's almost as big as her. If anyone can find that video let me know.
