What is your most prized possession?
It's kind of a cheat answer but for me it is my book collection. I have plans on plans on what to do in case of a fire in the house. I refuse to sell them or put them in storage. My books have been with me my entire life and have always seen me through thick and thin.

My lovely hat. I've had the same hat for 7 years. It's been with me through so many imprtant events in my life.

A browning hat. Super worn in.
Good call on the books. I have a few stacked on my nightstand that I randomly pick up and read since I've read them so often.
My most prized possession though? That has to be a custom-made watch box that my grandfather made when I was in high school. He was a strong man that gave me a wealth of knowledge and told me stories upon stories of his life in the military. I had to watch dementia take his mind, which was a painful experience that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
