    - Will stick with my origins and say poutine. Unfortunately, as simple as it is, it really depends on the fries and the sauce for it to be good... and a lot of places just don't get it right! Oh, and don't even try it outside of Quebec/Ontario... It's not the same when it's not real cheese curds.
    - Bibimbap, a korean rice-based salad. Pretty dumb and simple, but so damn good.
    - Pho (vietnamese soup), a good one is a hell of a meal
    - Shameless plug for my grandma's peanut butter and chocolate no-bake cookies :

    Ingredients
    - ¼ of a paraffin wax block
    - 1 cup of peanut butter
    - 8oz of chocolate chips
    - 1 cup of powdered sugar
    - 2 cups of Rice Krispies

    Preparation
Melt the paraffin. Add the chocolate, peanut butter and powdered sugar. Remove from stove when everything is melted together. Add the Rice Krispies. Make little pellets on a wax paper sheet and let it cool. Refrigerate. Can be frozen (actually a lot better when fresh out of the freezer, IMO!)

I can't remember whats it's called exactly. It has chicken on the bottom, topped with bacon and then cheese. I'm not a huge fan of bacon, but I absolutely love this combination.

Kimchi. It's powerful and stinky, but man do I love it.
