Animal Crossing Will Always Be A Mobile Game For Me

I know everybody is disappointed that the Wii U isn't getting a full Animal Crossing game but honestly it doesn't bug me too much. My first experience with Animal Crossing was Wild World and now that I'm on New Leaf, Animal Crossing has become one of my favorite games of all time on the 3DS. It's pick up/put down, pop in and look around gameplay style is perfect for being on the go. If I ever have a five or ten minute period of time where I have to just kill time in quick spurts AC is perfect. I'm not sure if Animal Crossing is best suited for a console, though I know that's where it go it's start. I have both the physical cart and the download copy which I bought afterword. It's perfect! I get to bring AC with me where ever I go and my cart slot is free for another game (usually smash or mk8)!

Do you agree with me? Why or why not? ^_^

I started playing animal crossing as a Game Cube game and I agree that normally it would be frustrating to go back to the console purely because using your pocket has become so easy now with the 3ds! However, since the Wii U has a game pad, that would make a perfect pocket. I also think it would be cool to be able to do local multiplayer where you actually share your town with someone and can also play at the same time. Also I like that if it was on the Wii U I could enjoy my town on a big screen.

I agree though that it is nice to be able to take my town anywhere!

You're right, of course. I just thought everyone's HORRIFIC reaction to it not coming to Wii U was a little over dramatic.

I think we were all just upset because we thought it was coming and it was a huge disappointment that it wasn't.

Totally understandable, hey there's still hope for the NX! ... -.-
